Audiopark has a strong faith that all our products should not cause any harm to our customers. That is why we have applied stringent tests on our products. You will find a basic idea of the formal tests applied on basically every Audiopark products.

1. Environmental nickel-free processing

2. Environmental lead-free processing

3. Environmental acid / alkaline prevention surface treatment

This protection surface treatment is similar to those applied on the swimming suit’s.

4. Cord tensile strength test

5. Abrassion resistance test

This is to increase the tensile strength of the thread, we redesign it with multiple strands with specialTwisting and braiding pattern. it is strong enough  to save  people’s life when they are accidentally drowned in  the river.

6. No sharp edges on beads or stones causing harm to human skin.

7. Full discoloration proof test

The full test is of three cycles of washing and drying, without discoloration; the basic test is of one cycle of washing and drying, without  discoloration.

About the thread we are using for machining the sound bracelet, we specially designed it with multiple strands. It is strong enough to save people’s life when they are drowned in the river.

We make it into yarn. Then the yarn puts on the bobbins. Then the bobbins put on the bobbin trees. And all the bobbins start spinning and this is the beginning of the product line “TwistWrap“making process.

All the small pieces and the charms are all environmental friendly. Lead free or nickel free are very important to prevent damages to our body. Sandy and the audiopark team will test the products on their skin.
